I liked this hotel :) Some of the reviews are dated so this is current May '23. From what I understand a lot of the hotel has been renovated / is under renovation. My room itself was perfect. Freshly painted, very clean, comfortable bed, nice bedding pillows, great shower and fast wifi. I had a balcony overlooking the sea and islands and it would be hard to beat that view. It ticks most of the boxes. A couple of things to mention which brings it from a 9 to an 8 ( which is still very good ) Yes you will hear the occasional drilling but nothing major and certainly not a building site. Most people are out in the daytime and I only heard a handful of times. As mentioned by others, Breakfast was a bit sad for the price of the hotel. You arrive to the breakfast room and its already on the table on a tray, packaged up in plastic. Half the things I wouldnt eat. You have one lonely boiled egg. One ham 'sandwich' a packaged chocolate croisant, an apple, and some dry toast snack thing in plastic and orange juice and coffee. Its adequate, I guess it just the way its presented. I'd prefer a choice or real toast. It would be cheaper for them surely to do this and avoid all the waste. It was just a bit sad..but... it was included so I cant complain really. I just would have liked a choice But as mentioned, the room was great, the staff were great, I would probably stay again and opt for breakfast elsewhere!!

Elegant, simple, clean, lovely staff, and I very much appreciated the breakfast coffee refills and nice bright breakfast room.

The location is nice, right by the water and on a wide boulevard. It has lots of parking and close to downtown but without the traffic hassle.

The location of the property is in a very good place within patras. Great parking and only a few minutes by car into the center.

Beat value for the money. Great balcony with sea view. Most comfortable beds and shower. Great location. Very helpful stuff. Breakfast included (a bit poor breakfast but no issue). For that price it was the best hotel ever. Thanks again.

We made a late booking and felt lucky to have found an available room. The young man at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. We were travelling by car so really appreciated the parking space outside.

Many 2 star hotels are trying to be 3 star. This is 3 star hotel but 1 star fell off the sign. Clean comfortable and the reception staff were incredible at 2 am in the morning when we arrived late. We will book again on our next trip this way for sure.

You can’t beat the price-value relation. The hotel is old, but clean, the rooms and the bathroom are small, but decent and well taken care off. The beds were new and TBH I was surprised about how comfortable they were. The air conditioner was also new. Breakfast buffet offered some choices, cereals, fruits, ham and cheese, bread, toasts, sweets, coffee, tea…..

The friendliness of the staff, the location and the seaside view were all exceptional. The breakfast was simple yet adequate. The place is well cleaned.
